IPG members and IPG RebatesPlace™ Members agree to the usage terms and conditions set forth below:

- IPG has the right to cancel all services at anytime for any
reason.
- All sales data and reward point data is provided by IPG approved
supply partners. IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, IPG Direct Connect, IPG Rewards,
NEXTStep Commerce, and its supply partners are not liable for the accuracy of
the data.
- All rebates are paid and rewards are awarded based on the data
provided by approved suppliers.
- IPG and RebatesPlace are not be liable for any un-paid rebates
or reward points that an approved supply partner does not pay, or support in any
way. Any disputes will be between the shop and the approved supply partner.
- IPG pays rebates and deposits rewards only after approved supply
partner has paid IPG.

USAGE AGE RESTRICTIONS

IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, and NEXTStep Commerce serve as an agent for collection of rebate monies earned through qualified purchases of supply partner goods and services marketed through the websites. IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, and NEXTStep Commerce will make its best efforts to collect monies owed to participating supply partners on qualified purchases (see each supply partner's program profile for specific purchase qualification requirements), and to disburse these monies to you on a quarterly basis. IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, and NEXTStep Commerce does not guarantee any rebate monies or other monetary incentives, which have not been paid to IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, or NEXTStep Commerce by the supply partner or third-party programs broker.
By using the website, you expressly agree that IPG, IPG RebatesPlace™, and NEXTSTEP Commerce shall not be held liable for failure to collect rebate monies, fees, or other incentives owed by supply partners to your company.
